I’m a guitarist, musical director and bassist based in Sydney, Australia. Over a more than fifteen year career, I’ve worked with a range of artists across the musical spectrum, played every type of gig from clubs to arenas to Australia and the UK’s biggest festivals, and worked live and in the studio in USA - including years based in Nashville aka Music City.

Artists I’ve worked with include Fanny Lumsden, Andrew Farriss (INXS), Morgan Evans, Lee Kernaghan, Imogen Clark, Ruel, Laci Kaye Booth, Steve Balbi, Boney M, Dami Im, Jasmine Rae, Jack River, Jamie McDell, Sinead Burgess, Adam Brand and more.

A few of my biggest influences are Mike Campbell (Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers), Steve Lukather, Tom Bukovac, Audley Freed and Eric Clapton but I’m always expanding my horizons and love the challenge of playing types of music and guitar playing outside of my usual wheelhouse.

My number one is a Grubisa T Style with a Glaser B-Bender. My other other guitars include Fender Jazzmaster, Stratocaster and Electric 12. When a song calls for humbuckers I’ll go to my Les Paul or Grubisa Merlin.

I’ve always believed that if you have great people playing great songs with a great attitude and mutual respect, there’s nothing more enjoyable or satisfying than a life of making music.
